Job Description
As a Mobile Clerk (Branch), your primary responsibility will be to meet daily, weekly, and monthly mobile sales targets. You’ll play a key role in expanding Hollywoodbets’ mobile customer base by understanding customer needs, managing various personality types, and representing the brand positively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets and promote the mobile brand to new and existing customers.
- Register new customer accounts and process FICA registration documents.
- Ensure customers use their sign-up bonuses to place bets when their accounts are opened.
- Guide customers on how to use the mobile betting application.
- Perform accurate cash-up procedures and report any shortages to management.
- Capture and submit clock-in times to the Store Manager for approval.
- Flexibility to move between branches and stores as required.
Requirements:
- Experience in sales, marketing, or promotions.
- Willingness to work shifts and weekends.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of operating systems and mobile top-up voucher processes.
