The Exxaro Coal Mining Learnership Programme is a training opportunity for South African unemployed youth to gain practical and theoretical knowledge in the mining field. It combines structured unit standard-based learning with hands-on workplace experience.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Qualifications:
- Grade 12 / Standard 10 with at least an E symbol or 40% and higher in English and Mathematics.
- Position Outputs:
- Personal performance in accordance with the training program.
- Adhering to company rules and regulations.
