Key Accountabilities:
- Apply and maintain safety in the working environment
- Participate in root cause analyses (RCA) and daily meetings
- Provide feedback on work progress and plant inspections
- Carry out repairs to ensure equipment reliability
- Maintain housekeeping and adhere to waste disposal standards
- Identify faults and ensure equipment availability
- Attend training courses and identify personal development needs
- Support business goals and deadlines
- Capture correct history feedback for renewals/upgrades
- Participate in toolbox talks, PDAs, and RCAs
- Spot continuous improvement opportunities
- A completed National Senior Certificate with:
- Technical Mathematics or Mathematics SG/HG
- English/Business English SG/HG
- Physical Science SG/HG
OR
- A full N3 certificate with:
- Mathematics
- Engineering Science
- Business English
