Details of the Learnership
Our learnership provides a structured program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical work experience. As a participant, you will work towards obtaining a recognized qualification in short-term and long-term insurance at NQF Level 4, which is INSETA and SAQA accredited. Your learnership will last for twelve months and offers a monthly stipend of R6,500.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must meet the following requirements to be considered:
- Completed Grade 12 / NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Minimum 60% in Pure Maths or 70% in Mathematical Literacy.
- Minimum 65% in English.
- Must be currently unemployed.
- Must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Must not have participated in a learnership before.
Although securing a full-time position post-learnership is not guaranteed, the experience gained will significantly enhance your career prospects in various fields such as claims and operations.
