Minimum Requirements (Application Criteria):

  • Be a South African Citizen aged 18–25
  • Completed Matric / Grade 12
  • Passed English with 60% or higher and one other language
  • Passed Mathematics (50%) or Maths Literacy (60% or higher)
  • Must not be currently studying or registered for another learnership
  • Must not have participated in a formal insurance learnership before
  • Unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than 6 months
  • Computer literacy will be an added advantage
