Minimum Requirements (Application Criteria):
- Be a South African Citizen aged 18–25
- Completed Matric / Grade 12
- Passed English with 60% or higher and one other language
- Passed Mathematics (50%) or Maths Literacy (60% or higher)
- Must not be currently studying or registered for another learnership
- Must not have participated in a formal insurance learnership before
- Unemployed or not employed in a corporate environment for more than 6 months
- Computer literacy will be an added advantage
