Job Description:
The Part-Time Sales Consultant will be responsible for ensuring customers receive a hands-on
experience with Apple technology and excellent in-store service.
Key responsibilities include:
Proactively engaging with customers to understand their needs.
Presenting complete Apple solutions and creating memorable customer experiences.
Maintaining knowledge of all iStore products, services, and promotions.
Assisting with store operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning
Requirements:
- Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate (Minimum Requirement)
- Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or alternatively product knowledge would be an advantage?
- Passion and knowledge of for Apple Products
