Minimum Requirements:

  • Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • Previous experience in logistics, administration, or office support (advantageous).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining an organized archive system for easy access and secure storage.
  • Overseeing inventory for the bookstore or learning materials repository.
  • Ordering and tracking stationery, training manuals, and consumables for facilitators and learners.
  • Monitoring stock levels and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment.
  • Maintaining accurate logistics and supply records.
  • Supporting administrative teams during training sessions.
  • Preparing logistical reports for management as required.
