Description:
Ster-Kinekor Theatres (Pty) Ltd is calling on South African jobseekers who are passionate about the entertainment industry to apply for the position of Multi Skilled Employee (Fixed Term Contract).
Successful candidates will be responsible for customer service duties across different cinema functions — including Box Office Sales, Catering Sales, Collections, and Cinema Assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle sales at Box Office and Catering counters.
- Assist with collections, ticketing, and customer service.
- Prepare food and beverages (popcorn, slush, etc.) according to Ster-Kinekor quality standards.
- Maintain clean and organized workstations, storerooms, and kitchen areas.
- Uphold brand presentation standards, including signage, posters, and displays.
- Manage product quality and ensure safety standards are followed.
- Uphold Ster-Kinekor’s reputation by maintaining professional conduct at all times.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety (H&S) regulations.
- Assist in shift preparation and ensure uniform standards are maintained.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
- Experience: 0 – 1 year in a similar role
- Computer Skills: Basic MS Office; VISTA system knowledge advantageous
