First National Bank (FNB) :First -Job Learnerships Development learning programme

Introduction

Estimated monthly stipend of R5000 – R10 000.
Location: South Africa ,Gauteng, Johannesburg.

FNB seeks young individuals (ages 18-34) with relevant post-matric qualifications who are unemployed and have not previously joined the First -Job Learnerships Development learning programme. Candidates must demonstrate excellence, efficiency, innovative input, knowledge sharing, and dedication to personal growth and FirstRand values.

Eligibility Criteria:

Must be between the ages of 18 – 34.
Obtained a relevant post-matric qualification.
Must have been unemployed for at least the last 6 months.
Must have no or limited work experience (less than 12 months, part-time or casual).
This must be the candidate’s first job experience.
Must not have previously participated in the FirstJob program at any FirstRand franchises.
Must not have worked for FirstRand before.
