Adidas is looking for South African Jobseekers in the Role of Permanent Part-timer – Retail
Crossing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the highest level of Adidas service is given to each customer
- Handle regular sales transactions (cash, credit, checks, etc.)
- Assist with product ticketing and verifying received stock
- Support product movement from stockroom to sales floor
- Help develop merchandise displays as guided by management
- Gain proficiency with point-of-sale systems
- Use selling techniques like add-on sales and technical descriptions
- Greet and assist customers, sometimes acting as a Greeter
- Maintain housekeeping standards
- Ensure safekeeping of company asset
SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- An absolute passion for retail & customer service.
- Ability to use your initiative.
- Clear and upbeat communication skills- people can hear your smile!
- Flexibility- you can help during the week, during evenings and weekends too!
- Previous fashion retail experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.
