Job Description
As a Service Centre Administrator at HiFi Corp Festival Mall, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of transactions and administrative tasks related to cellular, credit, and lay-by services. Your role will involve professional interaction with customers, meeting individual sales targets, and maintaining the security and housekeeping of the service centre. You will also be required to handle reception duties and manage the switchboard.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a professional, customer-centric manner.
- Process cellular, credit, and lay-by transactions with accuracy.
- Perform cash ups and ensure proper handling of financial transactions.
- Achieve individual sales and service targets.
- Maintain security and housekeeping standards in the service centre.
- Handle reception and switchboard duties efficiently.

Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Strong numeracy skills and ability to work with money.
- Proficiency in computer literacy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
