Programme Overview
The Learnership Programme provides candidates with comprehensive training to develop artisan-level skills.
Key Features:
- Off-the-Job Training: Conducted at a certified Technical Training Centre.
- On-the-Job Training: Hands-on experience working with mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation equipment under real-world maintenance practices.
- Formal Agreement: Participants will sign the 18.2 Learnership Agreement, which will be registered with the Mining Qualifications Authority (MQA).

Eligibility Criteria
To qualify, applicants must provide:
- A detailed CV or resume.
- A certified copy of their Identity Document.
- A valid driver’s license (advantageous but not mandatory).
