Job Description
As an Office Administrator at Bridgestone, your responsibilities will include:
- Administrative Duties: Managing financial transactional documents such as orders, invoices, and internal tracking documents (ITDs). Handling office equipment maintenance, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies.
- Customer Service: Maintaining high service standards for clients, answering phones, and ensuring messages are relayed accurately.
- Data Management: Entering tyre and rim data into the Otracom tyre management database and maintaining various electronic and manual registers.
- Clerical Support: Providing secretarial assistance, including typing, filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Following Occupational Health and Safety procedures, reporting hazards, and participating in safety meetings and inspections.
Required Documents
- Grade 12 National Certificate (or equivalent).
- Computer Literacy certificate with completed courses in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Relevant Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the tyre industry.
