Job Description

As a Call Centre Agent at Auto Pedigree, you will:

  • Identify customer needs and match them with appropriate services.
  • Drive business growth and retention through exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Convert leads and build strong relationships with both internal and external customers.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales.
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of vehicle features and capabilities.
  • Develop strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Assist in setting up mobile displays and accompany customers on test drives.
  • Handle customer expectations and ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Proactively create and explore new revenue opportunities.
  • Manage customer escalations and provide timely feedback.
  • Inform clients about finance application procedures and promote Auto Pedigree’s offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Grade 12/Matric.
  • NCA qualification (advantageous).
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license.
  • Basic computer skills in Excel and Outlook.
  • 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record.
  • Industry-related experience (desirable).
  • Knowledge of compliance in the retail industry (advantageous).
  • Familiarity with local languages (advantageous).
  • Understanding of Auto Pedigree’s products and services (desirable).
