Duties of a Personal Assistant
As a Personal Assistant at Capitec, you will be expected to:
- Strategic Support: Collaborate with the Group Executive and Leadership teams, providing seamless administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations.
- Calendar Management: Master calendar coordination, schedule meetings, and manage priorities to optimize leadership team productivity.
- Travel Logistics: Organize and coordinate complex travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for business trips.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, presentations, and documentation for meetings, ensuring the executive is well-prepared and informed.
- Project Coordination: Assist in executing key projects, liaising with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
Duties of a Bank Better Champion
As a Bank Better Champion at Capitec, you will be expected to:
- To welcome clients and coordinate the branch flow through efficient queue functioning
- providing excellent client service
- Assisting clients at the ATM and to complete transactions on any remote or self-service channels.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Ability to engage at Executive/Board level
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software

- A Grade 12 National Certificate with a post-Matric qualification
- Clear criminal and credit record
