- For graduates (qualification completed with minimum 360 credits): R9,531.54 per month (Basic Salary, no benefits)

Primary Function:
Interns will support the Senior Specialist: Awareness and Community-Based Planning in implementing strategies, policies, systems, standards, and management plans to promote environmental awareness and development within Johannesburg.
Key Performance Areas:
- Implement the Environmental Education and Awareness (EEA) Strategy through stakeholder committees
- Coordinate corporate environmental education and capacity-building functions
- Facilitate community outreach and stakeholder engagement for environmental education
- Contribute to business planning and reporting activities of the sub-unit
- Adhere to the City’s Performance Management Strategies
Leading Competencies:
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills
