What You’ll Need to Succeed
Knowledge & Experience:
Basic understanding of maths, merchandising, promotions, and stock management.
Familiarity with customer service excellence.
Experience in a retail or FMCG environment is desirable, though not mandatory.
Education:
Essential: Grade 12 (Matric).
Desirable: Minimum of 50% in Maths and English at Grade 12 level.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
Good numeracy and computer literacy.
Problem-solving, planning, and organising skills.
Ability to follow instructions, work under pressure, and meet targets.
