Job Description:
The Call Centre Learnership at Clover offers a unique opportunity for successful applicants to gain hands-on experience in a professional call centre while attending classes to achieve an NQF qualification. The role involves:
- Providing high-level customer service.
- Handling inbound and outbound interactions.
- Resolving queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders.
- Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately and on time.
- Informing customers of account status and relevant issues.
- Selling Clover and Principal products by describing features and special offers.
- Promoting teamwork and cooperation within the team.
- Participating in team meetings and supporting team values.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4, completed in the past 5 years (2019 - 2023).
- Average of 60% in English and Maths or Maths Literacy.
- Advanced computer literacy.
- Currently unemployed.
- Applicants must not have participated in a learnership before.
- Applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas will have an advantage.
