Job Description:
The Packaging Learnership Phase 2 at Coca-Cola Beverages South Africa is designed to provide learners with an NQF 3 Personal Leadership Development SAQA registered qualification (ID: 83946 National Certificate: Management). This qualification aims to fully develop learners within the food and beverage packaging environment, enhancing their mobility and career opportunities within the beverage manufacturing and fast-moving consumer goods sectors.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Participate in a structured learning program combining theoretical training and on-the-job learning.
- Gain hands-on experience in bottling processes and procedures.
- Adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Perform quality tests and ensure specifications are met.
- Practice effective beverage handling techniques.
Competencies:
- Self-motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to interact and work effectively in teams.
Skills, Experience & Education:
- Must have completed National Certificate: Food and Beverage Packaging Operations NQF3.
- Must be a South African citizen.
- Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (not Maths Literacy).
- Must be an Employment Equity candidate.
- Must not have previously completed the same qualification/learnership at another company or organization.
- Must have been unemployed at the time of appointment.
- N5/N6 qualifications are advantageous.
- Age requirement: 18-35 years.
