Job Description:
As a Customer Experience Administrator at the Rosebank Campus, your primary role will be to manage the front-of-house operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment for all visitors and callers. You will also provide essential administrative support to the Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer, assisting with various projects and ensuring smooth communication and operations within the campus.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-of-House Management:
- Greet and assist visitors at the campus welcoming area.
- Answer and route telephonic calls professionally to the appropriate extensions.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming front desk area.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to the Campus Head and Customer Relations Officer (CRO).
- Assist with the implementation and maintenance of ad hoc projects as needed.
- Manage correspondence, schedule appointments, and handle other administrative tasks as required.
Customer Service:
- Ensure all interactions with students, parents, and visitors reflect the high standards of ADvTECH.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the campus, ensuring that all relevant information is passed on to the appropriate parties.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
Qualifications:
- Grade 12 qualification (mandatory).
- Basic Higher Certificate (preferred).
- Proficiency in the full MS Office package, with advanced skills in MS Office applications.
Experience:
- At least 2 years of front-office administration experience.
- 1-year experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role.
Skills:
- Advanced oral and written communication skills.
- Strong time management and planning abilities.
- A willingness to learn and adapt.
- A strong focus on customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
