responsible for gaining hands-on experience in collections, legal handovers, portfolio

- Securing payment commitments from members in arrears.
- Managing correspondence and queries related to collections.
- Recording member information and collecting activities.
- Administering repossessions and legal processes.
- Liaising with valuators, tracers, sheriffs, and lien holders.
- Supporting attorneys and debt collectors with portfolio and payment processing.
- Maintaining professional relationships and reporting on progress.
To apply for this program, candidates must meet specific eligibility criteria:
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate with mathematics and/or accounting.
- Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any studies.
- Be a previously disadvantaged youth.
