Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:
    • Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
  • Experience:
    • Relevant experience in Facility Support Services and contract management.
  • Inherent Requirements:
    • Valid (Code B/EB) driver’s license.
    • Willingness to travel.
  • Competencies (Knowledge/Skills):
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook) – proof of competency must be attached.
    • Knowledge of outsourced services contract maintenance and compliance.
    • Effective logistical support.
    • Competence in data capturing.
    • Ability to ensure seamless service delivery.
    • Skills in minute-taking and organizing meeting logistics.
    • Capacity to accept accountability and responsibility.
    • Ability to work independently and unsupervised when necessary.

Duties:

  1. Contract Maintenance:
    • Ensure effective maintenance and compliance of contracts related to support services.
  2. Administrative Support:
    • Provide comprehensive support and administrative services concerning transport and other support services.
    • Maintain meticulous record-keeping and filing using MS Teams.
  3. Data Management:
    • Manage and administer data quality monitoring effectively.
    • Present data during monthly facility meetings and take accurate minutes.
  4. Support to Supervisor and Stakeholders:
    • Offer effective support to the Supervisor and other stakeholders, adhering to the Departmental Leadership Behaviour Charter.
