The purpose of this job is to offer exceptional customer service at the point of sale while capturing transactions accurately in accordance with company policies, security standards, and operational procedures. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service
- Build positive professional relationships with customers
- Report customer complaints or compliments to the Frontline Supervisor
- Stay updated on store promotions and sales
- Ensure a safe shopping environment and follow security protocols
- Maintain cash flow accuracy and complete all transactions efficiently
- Ensure all voids and price changes are authorised correctly
- Process all types of customer payments (cash, card, vouchers, coupons, etc.)

Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric
- At least 6 months’ experience operating a till or working as a cashier
- Basic computer literacy, especially MS Office

- Ability and willingness to work retail hours
