As a Call Centre Agent at FNB, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephonic and written communication.
- Deliver product information accurately and in line with company standards.
- Resolve all customer queries efficiently and within agreed timelines.
- Maintain expert knowledge on FNB products, pricing, processes, and procedures.
- Manage expenses within approved budgets to ensure cost efficiency.
- Record client interactions and feedback on the business system.
- Comply with governance and audit requirements.
- Ensure professionalism in all communications, resulting in positive client experiences.
Requirements:
- Minimum Qualification: Grade 12 (Matric)
- At least 2 years’ experience in Personal Lines (Motor Vehicle, Home Contents, or Portable Possessions).
- RE and FAIS qualifications will be advantageous.
- Excellent telephone and email etiquette.
