Job Purpose:
The primary purpose of the Griller role is to ensure that all products are received, prepared, and served to customers according to Pedros’ strict Standard Operating Procedures. This includes maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and food safety while ensuring fast and friendly service during busy trading periods.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a Griller at Pedros Tsakane, your responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and grilling areas according to SOP
- Ensuring food safety standards are consistently followed at all times
- Preparing menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining speed of service
- Delivering great customer service by working well with team members and supporting smooth store operations
- Assisting with general kitchen duties to ensure the store runs efficiently during peak hours
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this Griller position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of restaurant or fast-food service experience
- Strong customer service skills

- A National Senior Certificate (Matric)
