Job Description:
As a Supply Chain Intern at Henkel, you will embark on a 24-month rotational program, designed to give you a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain function. During this time, you will complete 3 to 6 assignments across various departments, including:
- Supply and Demand Inventory Management: Gain insights into managing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods.
- Customer Service: Learn how to maintain and improve customer satisfaction by managing orders and resolving issues efficiently.
- Customer Service Strategy/Supply Chain Enablement: Contribute to developing strategies that enhance customer service and streamline supply chain operations.

Your Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Education: A three-year Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management is mandatory.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in Customer Service, Planning, or Service Strategy roles (advantageous).
