Job Description:

As a Human Resources Graduate Intern, you will gain practical exposure and hands-on experience in HR administration and coordination, covering:

  • Recruitment, selection, and induction processes:
  • Advertising vacancies on recruitment portals.
  • Shortlisting candidates from recruitment portals and agencies.
  • Regular communication with candidates.
  • Scheduling interviews and assessments.
  • Arranging orientation and induction for new hires.
  • Preparing and sending out regret communications to unsuccessful candidates.
  • Onboarding and offboarding employees.
  • Conducting background and risk checks for successful applicants.
  • Handling employee enquiries related to HR processes.
  • Compiling monthly HR reports.
  • Managing diaries and general office tasks, including coordinating interviews and HR onboarding sessions.
  • Assisting with HR projects and providing ad-hoc support.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Qualifications & Experience:
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Understanding and knowledge of HR theory.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Any experience in HR will be advantageous.
