Job Description:
As a Human Resources Graduate Intern, you will gain practical exposure and hands-on experience in HR administration and coordination, covering:
- Recruitment, selection, and induction processes:
- Advertising vacancies on recruitment portals.
- Shortlisting candidates from recruitment portals and agencies.
- Regular communication with candidates.
- Scheduling interviews and assessments.
- Arranging orientation and induction for new hires.
- Preparing and sending out regret communications to unsuccessful candidates.
- Onboarding and offboarding employees.
- Conducting background and risk checks for successful applicants.
- Handling employee enquiries related to HR processes.
- Compiling monthly HR reports.
- Managing diaries and general office tasks, including coordinating interviews and HR onboarding sessions.
- Assisting with HR projects and providing ad-hoc support.
What You Need to Succeed:
- Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Understanding and knowledge of HR theory.
