Job Description
The Secretary will be responsible for managing the Director: Court Operations' diary and scheduling, handling correspondence, and organizing meetings and functions. Duties include:
- Administering both online and physical diaries.
- Managing data and information.
- Organizing meetings, workshops, and conferences.
- Drafting and editing reports, memorandums, and letters.
- Handling travel arrangements and accommodation.
- Attending meetings with the Director and compiling minutes.
