Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this role is to ensure that high-quality food products are prepared and served quickly, safely, and consistently. The Griller plays a key role in maintaining food safety standards, keeping the working area clean, and ensuring that every meal is prepared according to the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene according to SOP
- Follow all food safety standards
- Prepare menu items following the company’s SOP
- Maintain speed of service while ensuring quality
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Assist team members when required
- Ensure stock is handled properly and safely
Requirements
Applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a restaurant or fast-food environment
