Job Description:
Red Bull Student Marketeers are integral to one of the most dynamic and empowered brand and product ambassador programs in the world. These individuals are responsible for understanding and promoting Red Bull’s brand image and products within their campus and region. They engage with new consumers, excite university students, increase sales, and manage the brand at a student level. This role involves direct interaction with consumers, inviting product trials, and supporting Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

- Highly approachable and social with the ability to relate to various people in many situations
- In-depth understanding of university life, city, and region, including behind-the-scenes activities and hot-spots

Duties:
Brand Ambassador:
- Embody the brand personality traits and company values in everyday interactions with consumers and customers.
- Grow the user base by inviting positive trials and raising awareness of Red Bull through product sampling.
- Develop and execute a tailored campus plan to engage students and bring the brand to life.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key local individuals and enhance brand engagement on social media.
- Support Red Bull events to ensure unforgettable brand experiences.
Sales Expert:
- Build relationships with local sales account managers to ensure Red Bull’s availability and visibility in outlets.
- Collaborate with sales to open new distribution points within the university campus and beyond.
- Leverage Red Bull assets to keep the brand top of mind in sales accounts.
- Ensure perfect execution of defined store standards.
Executional Excellence:
- Deliver executional excellence with attention to detail in all areas of the role.
- Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular face-to-face and online interactions.
- Plan and report activities accurately via the dedicated online platform.
- Contribute to media business development by providing local insights, trends, and opportunities.
