Role Description
As an Apprentice Millwright at Unilever, you will undertake a temporary assignment designed to equip you with essential technical skills. You will support the business through restorative and preventive maintenance, working closely with facilitators and mentors to complete all tasks as requested by the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Work in both engineering and operations environments.
- Develop strong interpersonal skills.
- Attend all classroom and practical training sessions full-time.
- Complete technical tasks, including mechanical and electrical duties.
- Participate in on-the-floor equipment maintenance as prescribed by the program.
- Engage in technical problem-solving activities.
- Close tags as part of corrective maintenance activities.
