Job Description
As a Food Service Aid Supervisor at Kakamas Hospital, you will be responsible for supervising all activities related to food service, including preparation, distribution, and serving. Your key duties will include:
- Supervision of Food Services: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of food services, ensuring that meals are prepared and served according to the hospital's standards.
- Hygiene and Safety Maintenance: Ensuring that all hygiene and safety protocols are strictly followed, maintaining a clean and safe environment for food preparation and service.
- Equipment Management: Monitoring the condition of all kitchen equipment, ensuring that it is in good working order. You will be responsible for organizing repairs or replacements when necessary.
- Stock Management: Handling the ordering, receiving, and storage of food supplies, as well as conducting regular stock control and stock-taking activities.
- Administrative Functions: Completing monthly statistics and other administrative tasks related to food services, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date.
Skills and Competencies
