Minimum Requirements:
- Be a South African citizen, aged 18–34
- Be unemployed for at least 6 months
- Have Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 5/6 qualification
- Not be studying or registered at a school/college/university
- Have less than 12 months of part-time or casual work experience
- Never have worked at FirstRand or participated in the FirstJob programme
- Have no criminal record or blacklisting
- Be fluent in English
- Be willing to commit to a 12-month, full-time programme
