Job Purpose:
The Logistics Clerk is responsible for managing all daily logistics and administrative functions that support the Training Department. This includes handling courier and postal services, maintaining archives, managing stationery and training material stock, and ensuring the smooth operational flow within the department.
You’ll be the go-to person for stock control, document management, and logistical coordination within the training centre.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- Previous experience in logistics, administration, or office support (advantageous)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transport (advantageous)
- Clear criminal record with no pending cases
- Must reside within the West Rand area (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming and outgoing courier and postal services for all training materials and documents
- Oversee and maintain the archive system, ensuring secure and organized document storage
- Manage the bookstore or internal learning material inventory, including issuing and tracking of items
- Order and monitor stock levels of stationery, training manuals, and consumables
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure timely restocking and delivery of materials
- Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
- Support the Training and Administration teams with logistical coordination
- Prepare periodic logistical and inventory reports for management
- Adhere to company policies and operational standard
