Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and ensuring compliance with departmental standards such as HACCP and OHASA.
- Packing and preparing fish product orders.
- Assisting in the sales floor area with loading and unloading fresh fish bins.
- Performing daily counts of fresh fish bins.
- Washing bins daily to maintain hygiene standards.
Position Requirements
Education and Skills
- Grade 12 (advantageous).
- Punctual and reliable.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Hands-on approach and presentable.
Other Requirements
- Understanding and adhering to Health and Safety standards.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends when required.
- Good health and energetic.
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
- Sober habits and a clear criminal record.
