Job Responsibilities
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Adhering to company Health and Safety policies and procedures.
- Maintaining good housekeeping standards.
- Following task-related SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and checklists.
- Properly using documentation related to assigned tasks.
- Assisting the line manager with outlined objectives.
- Compiling daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required.
- Attending college classes on a 3-month block system as scheduled by the company.

Job Requirements
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- A member of a community youth group.
- Grade 12/Matric qualification.
- Minimum Boilermaker N3 qualification.
- Medically fit according to the Mine Health and Safety Act.
- Successful completion of Mine Health and Safety Induction.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
