Minimum Requirements
To qualify for the N3TC Learnership Programme, applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Be a South African citizen with a valid ID.
- Reside within the vicinity of the N3 corridor.
- Hold a Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
- Be unemployed at the time of application.
- Be between 18 and 28 years old.
- Be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Possess basic computer skills.
- Not be currently registered in another learnership, internship, YES, or experiential learning programme.
- Be available and willing to relocate to Johannesburg for the duration of the programme (1 November 2025 – 31 October 2026)

Interested applicants must prepare a professional CV and include certified copies of their ID, Matric
certificate, proof of address, banking details, and SARS letter — all dated within one month of
application. Those with disabilities should include a medical certificate confirming their condition.
