Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide support and guidance to clients using ATMs and other self-service banking channels.
- Facilitate smooth transactions and client interactions, enhancing the overall banking experience.
- Develop skills and knowledge required for a future service consulting role.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate.
- Ideal Experience:
- Some experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking environments is advantageous.
- Skills Required:
- Basic calculation skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Additional Requirements:
- Clear criminal and credit record, detectable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic system.
