Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop skills and knowledge required for a future service consulting role.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Minimum Requirements:
    • Grade 12 National Certificate.
  • Ideal Experience:
    • Some experience in client service within retail, financial, or banking environments is advantageous.
  • Skills Required:
    • Basic calculation skills.
    • Effective communication skills.
    • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook).
    • Interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Additional Requirements:
    • Clear criminal and credit record, detectable fingerprints on Capitec Bank’s internal electronic system.
