Job Description:
- Learning and Development:
- Attend classroom activities and practical on-the-job training.
- Acquire knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
- Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA.
- Complete logbooks for work-based learning.
- Undertake formative and summative assessments and achieve the required level.
- Operational Tasks:
- Demonstrate skills in using the company’s systems and understanding operational processes.
- Conduct yourself as an employee of Momentum Metropolitan and display company values.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Must be a South African citizen aged between 18 and 30 years.
- Must be available from 01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
- Must be able to commute to the workplace independently.
- Must not be studying part-time or full-time during the learnership.
- Must not have completed the same learnership previously.
- Computer literacy is an added advantage.
- Preference for unemployed individuals who can commit to a 12-month program.
