Job Description
The Risk Event Administrator will:

  • Contribute to transformation and participate in culture-building initiatives.
  • Interpret and analyze risk incident reports, prioritizing urgent matters while maintaining quality.
  • Manage and prevent operational losses by adhering to processes and procedures.
  • Ensure completeness of reported risk events.
  • Comply with risk standards and policies.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing feedback and resolving complaints.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external service providers.
  • Respond to queries and action requests within Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Demonstrate Nedbank’s vision and values in interactions with team members and stakeholders.
  • Pursue personal growth and professional development through training and feedback.
  • Share knowledge to improve team success and recommend process improvements.

Essential Qualifications

  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Preferred: Diploma in Criminal Justice, Forensic Investigation, or a relevant qualification.

Experience

  • 2-3 years’ experience in fraud within the banking industry.
