Requirements:
- Must be in the final year of study or have completed the required qualification.
- Applicants must be 32 years or younger.

- Engineering: BSc/BTech/BEng in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electrical, Electronics
- Supply Chain: BTech/BCom
- Computer Science/Coding: BSc
- Marketing: BCom

- Law: LLB
- Management/Communications: BSoc Sci/BCom/BA
- Chartered Accountant: Served articles at one of the Big 4 auditing firms
- CIMA: l3 CIMA
- Accounting/Management Accounting: BCom

- Information Technology: BSc/BTech/ND
- Human Resources: BTech
Duties:
- Participate in a combination of on-the-job development (70%), classroom training (20%), and mentorship (10%).
- Engage in various projects and tasks within your specific sector.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Develop leadership and technical skills through hands-on experience.
- Participate in performance management and competency evaluations.
