Job Description

As a Typist at the Northern Cape Division of the High Court, your responsibilities will include:

  • Typing a variety of legal documents, including appeals, reviews, reports, minutes, circulars, witness statements, affidavits, memorandums, and court orders.
  • Providing relief for administrative personnel when necessary.
  • Handling filing, opening files, and managing appointments.
  • Addressing public queries and performing other administrative duties as required.

  • A comprehensive Curriculum Vitae (CV).
  • Certified copies of your Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • A certified copy of your South African ID.

  • Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer literacy.
