Job Description:

As a Receptionist at Cipla South Africa, your primary responsibility will be to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors and clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining Cipla’s image as a professional and customer-centric organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Organizational Support: Assisting with day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth office functioning.
  • Clerical/Office Support: Managing administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and handling phone calls.
  • Mailroom Management: Overseeing the distribution and handling of incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Purchase Orders (POs): Assisting in processing purchase orders as needed.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: A Grade 12/Matric certificate or equivalent is required. A certification in office management will be advantageous.
