What to Expect in This Role
As a Senior Fines Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Managing Bulk and Private Fines:
- Process and direct fines from service providers and in-house departments.
- Record private fines daily and ensure efficient communication with complainants.
Auditing and Follow-Ups:
- Audit monthly invoices from service providers.
- Follow up on outstanding fines and requests.

Documentation and Proof Distribution:
- Distribute proof of payment for fines and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with internal departments to retrieve documents and resolve issues.
Requirements to Apply
Candidates must:
- Be 30 years or older and reside in the Pretoria East area.
- Have a Grade 12 qualification.
- Possess excellent communication skills in both English and Afrikaans.
- Show proficiency in computer skills and adaptability to changing processes.
- Be stress-tolerant and teamwork-oriented.
- Have their own reliable transport.
- Hold a clear criminal record.
