Job Description
The Groundsman will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and gardens around the facility, ensuring cleanliness, and supporting the facility manager with maintenance-related duties for the Forensic Pathology Service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and clean the facility’s gardens and grounds efficiently.
- Operate and maintain garden equipment, including fuel-driven tools.
- Provide support to the manager with maintenance tasks.
- Assist with overall hygiene practices within the facility.

Requirements
Qualifications and Experience:
- Appropriate experience in building maintenance and groundskeeping.
- Basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics.
Knowledge:
- Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Handling and maintenance of garden equipment and tools.
- Best practices for garden and grounds maintenance.
Skills:
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Efficient resource utilization.
