Responsibilities:
As an intern at SEDA, you will report to the Manager: Technology Transfer and engage in a variety of tasks to support the Quality and Standards Department. Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing small enterprises for the Technology Transfer Fund (TTF).
- Developing business cases for the adjudication panel.
- Administering the technology transfer fund nationally.
- Establishing and maintaining an accurate database.
- Verifying supplied technology at clients’ premises.
- Contributing to the review of TTF policy and processes.
- Conducting impact analysis on technology interventions for beneficiaries.
- Conducting TTF awareness workshops.
Required Qualifications
- Matric certificate.
- A three-year tertiary qualification (N6) in Commerce, Project Management, Technology, or Engineering.
- A Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Commerce, Project Management, Technology, or Engineering is advantageous.
- No minimum work experience required.
