Job description
Wits Health Consortium is currently recruiting jobseekers from Gauteng, Soweto in a Pharmacist vacancy.
Duties and Requirements
- Ensure all queries are attended to appropriately and in a timely manner.
- To assist both internal and external stakeholders for all pharmacy related queries.
- Ability to work on different protocols concurrently.
- Participate in team meetings as required and provide constructive feedback and support to other team
- members.
- Provide any necessary training to pharmacy staff to ensure effective running of studies.
- Ensure all medication is dispensed before the end of each day.
- All necessary steps must be taken to ensure the participant is never without medication.

Education:
- Required minimum education and training.
- Grade 12.
- Pharmacy Degree (B. Pharm), registered with the South African Pharmacy Council.
- Experience in sterile/vaccine preparation is an advantage.
Required minimum work experience: 2 years’ experience in a research setting
