Job Description:
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring employees are correctly remunerated according to their employment conditions.
  • Maintaining accurate time, attendance, and leave records.
  • Implementing payroll control systems within the department.
  • Providing accurate payroll information and statistics to the Payroll Controller.
  • Drafting correspondence and advising relevant stakeholders.
  • Checking all payroll inputs and keeping payroll source documents organized post-processing.
  • Delivering effective payroll department services.
  • Performing all related tasks to support payroll administration.
