Job Description

The role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the Regional Head and the office team. Responsibilities include:

  • Personal Assistant Functions: Managing the diary and travel logistics, assisting with projects and marketing events, drafting and editing documents, and handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Reception Functions: Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area, welcoming visitors, managing meeting room bookings, and handling incoming calls.
  • Administrative Functions: General office management, ordering supplies, managing petty cash, coordinating with courier companies, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Educational Background: University Degree.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role, with experience in taking minutes and basic business intelligence (BI) skills.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, excellent verbal and written communication (in English & Afrikaans), outstanding organizational skills, and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
