Job Description

As a Clinic Call Centre Agent at Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ Head Office in Midrand, you will be responsible for assisting clinic customers with their queries and booking appointments with Dis-Chem Wellness clinics. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that all communication is in line with operational guidelines and the standards set by the South African Nursing Council. Key responsibilities include managing calls, updating customer profiles, providing information on clinic services, and reporting any customer discrepancies to management.
